M.Tech eligibility requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology (B.E./B.Tech) or a Master’s degree in Science (M.Sc./MCA).
B.TECH
B.Tech eligibility requires passing 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, alongside Chemistry, Biotechnology, or technical vocational subjects. Candidates generally need a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved categories).
